Do I need to wait until vacancy?
No. If you are already self-managing, you can talk with RG Property Management before your property becomes vacant.

What does RGPM handle?
Marketing and leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and owner communication.

Do you work with referring agents?
Yes. Brokers and agents receive $500 if the landlord signs up with RGPM. If the landlord decides to sell, we refer the client back to their original agent.
